2. Selling Cars:

JJ Cars  sells cars to customers under the following conditions:

  • All cars sold by JJ Cars undergo a thorough inspection and necessary repairs before sale.
  • The customer must provide accurate information and complete the necessary documentation for the sale.
  • JJ Cars offers warranties and guarantees on selected vehicles, as specified at the time of sale.
3. Financing:

JJ Cars provides financing options to customers for purchasing cars under the following conditions:

  • The customer must meet the eligibility criteria and provide the necessary documentation for financing.
  • The financing terms, including interest rates and repayment schedules, will be provided to the customer before finalizing the financing agreement.
  • JJ Cars reserves the right to approve or reject financing applications based on its criteria.
4. Servicing:

JJ Cars offers servicing and maintenance for cars under the following conditions:

  • The customer must schedule an appointment for servicing and provide accurate information about the car’s condition and maintenance history.
  • JJ Cars will perform the necessary servicing and repairs based on its assessment and the customer’s approval.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs of servicing and repairs, unless covered under warranty or guarantee.
5. Sold Cars:
  • Once a car is sold by JJ Cars, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer, and JJ Cars is not liable for any damages, accidents, or issues arising from the use of the car.
  • JJ Cars may offer post-sale support and assistance at its discretion, but is not obligated to do so.
6. General Terms:
  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at JJ Cars’ discretion, and any changes will be communicated to customers.
  • JJ Cars reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
